THE MISSION OF LEADERSHIP BEDFORD

Is to develop local leaders by equipping them with leadership skills, to provide information on community issues so that the community can progress, and to evoke community action based on the presentation of these issues.

ABOUT LEADERSHIP BEDFORD

At Leadership Bedford, we aim to develop local leaders with leadership skills who are informed about our community’s critical issues. We empower our leaders to drive meaningful progress and inspire community action by fostering a deeper understanding of these challenges. Each year, we select 20 adults and 20 high school seniors who demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and a commitment to community engagement. These individuals embark on a journey that prepares them to take on greater responsibilities in business, government, and community organizations. Through our program, they gain a practical and comprehensive understanding of Bedford County’s most promising opportunities and pressing problems, instilling the confidence to
lead effectively.

Your support of Leadership Bedford is an investment in the future of our community. With your help, we can continue to nurture leaders ready to tackle tomorrow’s challenges and seize the opportunities that will shape the future of Bedford County. Join us in our mission to create a legacy of leadership. Your donation will directly impact the growth of our program and, in turn, the prosperity of our community. Together, we can make Bedford County a better place for everyone.
